BioI have been struggling with weight gain (and not much weight loss, sadly) for the past 15 years or so. When I was thin before, I always felt fat and the prophecy eventually was fulfilled. I tend to emotionally eat and to use food as comfort. I am committed to working on this aspect of myself and this journal is part of that fatastic journey.
